1. Order Processing

Every Karuvia product is prepared with attention to detail and care.

  • Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • As our products are handmade, certain orders may require additional preparation time depending on the product, quantity, and availability.

  • Orders are processed on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

  • Dispatch means that your order has been handed over to the delivery partner. It does not mean that the order has been delivered.

If an unusual delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant updates.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time within India is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order preparation and transit are separate stages. The total time from placing an order to receiving it may therefore be longer than the estimated transit period.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location and its accessibility.

  • Courier partner availability and operating schedules.

  • Weather conditions, public holidays, or local disruptions.

  • Remote-area delivery arrangements.

  • Other circumstances affecting transportation and logistics.

All delivery estimates are indicative rather than guaranteed dates. We will make reasonable efforts to help you receive your order within the expected timeframe.

3. Shipping Charges

Karuvia currently follows the shipping structure below:

  • Standard Delivery: ₹99 per order.

  • Free Shipping: On eligible orders with a total value of ₹999 or more.

Applicable shipping charges and any qualifying free-shipping benefits will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

If a promotional offer specifies different shipping conditions, the terms communicated with that offer will apply.

Please review the final order summary carefully before placing your order.

4. Order Confirmation and Dispatch Updates

After placing an order, please check the order confirmation or other communication provided by Karuvia.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared where available. Tracking updates are provided through the relevant delivery partner or the communication channel used for your order.

If you have not received a dispatch update within the expected processing period, please contact our support team with your order number.

5. Delivery Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact information when placing an order.

Before confirming your purchase, please verify:

  • Recipient's full name.

  • Complete house, building, street, and locality details.

  • City, state, and PIN code.

  • A valid contact number, where requested.

  • Any additional directions necessary to locate the delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or email hello.karuvia@gmail.com.

We will try to assist with an address correction before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or handed to the courier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment becomes necessary because incorrect or incomplete address details were supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

6. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address when required by the courier.

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier cannot complete delivery, the delivery partner may follow its own re-attempt or return-to-origin procedure.

If your shipment is returned to Karuvia, please contact us to discuss the available options. Any additional shipping charges or refund arrangements will be assessed according to the circumstances, the applicable order terms, and consumer protection requirements.

We will not impose charges or deny remedies where doing so would violate applicable law.

7. Delivery Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

Although we work to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally arise due to courier disruptions, severe weather, transportation issues, public holidays, operational restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to review the available tracking information and assist you.

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable law if an order is not delivered as agreed.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, contact Karuvia within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Photographs of the packaging may also help us investigate.
